Samsung SmartCam mobile application lets you view the live video and use two-way audio communication from your network cameras anywhere with your smartphone if you use Hanwha Techwins security system. SmartCam mobile is a free application designed specifically for Techwins security network product.

I have been having 2 of these cameras and had no problems until the last few months when I started getting the message Smartphone network unstable! I am so frustrated with these cameras now that I would not even give them one star! DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME SND MONEY! I'm contacting SAMSUNG and asking for a refund!
What is the status of the iPhone app over WiFi bug? This is having a huge impact on your customers.
"Smartphone network unstable. Check your internet connection and try again." This happens when I connect WiFi. If I connect via Cellular data, it logs in. It used to work fine before, but Samsung has done something that broke it. Possibly, incompatibility with my Apple router, because it has NAT-PMP instead of UPnP. Samsung, we know you are at war with Apple on smartphones, but this is how you shoot yourself in the foot. I will NEVER EVER buy a product with the Samsung badge again!
Same problem as others. SmartCam won't open using iPhone. Gives unstable network message. Please fix.
